This is my first visit to the store. I went there waiting for the store to open on a weekday Wednesday, but there were already more than 6 people in line before the store opened. The main menu items are light (rich soy sauce based), rich (Jiro style rich pork bone) and tsukemen. My companion got the mini light (900 yen), and I got the medium thick one shown in the photo (950 yen). You can customize toppings of vegetables, garlic, oil, and green onions for free. (Vegetables and oil are the default toppings, so it's better.) This time, it's topped with garlic, vegetables, and green onions. The vegetables are piled high and the main ingredient is bean sprouts. There was also a fair amount of garlic in it. Not only does it have a great taste, but it is also a very rich and sticky soup. In the first place, I just used pepper and ate bean sprouts until I got to the soup and noodles. The noodles were springy and quite filling, and I'm not sure if Jiro-style noodles are like this, but they were very delicious. However, if you come with someone, there will be a partition, so even if you have something to share, it will be difficult to exchange things. I know it's better to have it on from the perspective of preventing infection, but I thought it would be nice if it could be removed. I don't eat much Jiro type ramen, but this ramen was very heavy and had an addictive flavor. Even though it was average, I was quite full. I would like to come again. I was also happy that the staff's customer service and atmosphere were almost the same as at a regular ramen shop, so I was able to eat comfortably.
