Isehara, Kanagawa, Japan｜大勝軒 伊勢原店

Visited on 22.07. There were about 4 stores in Atsugi/Isehara, but now this is the only one. I think it's a carefully crafted tsukemen that is a direct descendant of Yamagishi Daidai, and it's easy to see why it's been around for so long. The photo shows a large 400g serving with charcuterie topping. Of course you can also have soup. The chashu pork is also carefully prepared, making it a soft rolled pork belly that is steeped in flavour.

Soba is the best! The noodles and dipping sauce are good❗We also recommend the secret menu ``Shiomori Soba''❗The homemade grilled pork is soft and juicy❗(^_^)/

This is a store I visit almost every week. I sampled many Taishoken restaurants in the Kanto area. Although it's far away, this is the only store I go to every week. I have not eaten anything other than "Special Mori Soba", so I will rate "Special Mori Soba" at 5 stars. There seem to be a lot of comments about vinegar, so I'll just write my personal opinion: I order it without vinegar and adjust the amount to my liking. The soup you get at the end is absolutely delicious! ! You can also adjust the amount to your liking and enjoy it. This is a soup where you can really feel the soup stock rising, so I highly recommend you try the soup wari as a finishing touch. There is a parking lot for 4 to 5 cars next to the store building, so you can eat with peace of mind. Infection control is the most important thing to worry about in this day and age, but we are doing everything we can to prevent the spread of infection, such as requiring all store owners and staff to wear masks, ventilating the store, placing hand sanitizer on every table, and putting up signs inside the store to encourage infection prevention. It's a well-run restaurant, so I think you can eat with peace of mind.
