When I first visited the store, I learned about its existence on Twitter and wanted to go when I was nearby. Ordered salted wonton noodles + green onion topping. I thought it would be a bit lacking due to its rather bland and simple appearance, but it turned out to be very satisfying and delicious.

It seems that it happened to be an event at the first visit, On Nyan Nyan Day (22nd) The older sisters were so cute with cat ears. Ramen seems to have been dried sardines at the event, The soy sauce has a strong umami dried sardine feeling, The salt was gentle and moist. Char siu is also soft by low temperature cooking, The sweet sauce of the char siu rice bowl was also excellent. It was a pretty delicious restaurant. I didn't have a large serving or Kaedama ticket, I think the volume is low.

A wonderful store name called Nyan Nyan. A gentle shopkeeper and a lovely smiling lady (they are not a married couple) I got salt ramen 🍜 I don't really eat ramen, but the water is different! I knew right away. The taste is clear and unobtrusive, the chashu has a good hint of pepper, and the egg has a salty accent. The gyoza is so voluminous that you can eat it as a bowl full of lean meat! The tuna bushi bowl is a perfect combination of fluffy tuna flakes and wasabi! (Rice is also recommended) I ate everything, but my stomach always feels heavy 𐤔𐤔𐤔 I don't have a heavy stomach! I'm eating high-quality ingredients, but the cost performance is too good! I heard that the owner had been working in French for 10 years... Even though it was a ramen restaurant, I felt as satisfied as if I had eaten a full course meal. This is a ramen shop that I would recommend to women as well! It's currently only open in the evenings, but will soon start serving lunch as well.
