I ordered 3 types of char siu noodles and a char siu bowl. When I handed over my meal ticket, I was asked, ``How would you like the consistency of the noodles?'' You can also choose the thickness of the soup and the amount of oil. So, I ordered a lot of strong noodles and normal noodles. Yeah! The soup is thick and has a lot of flavor, it's so delicious! I love dark colors so this is a big hit. I'm sure some people find it too salty, but it's not only rich but also punchy, and you'll enjoy it till the end. The gentle sweetness of the wheat spreads through the noodles, and you can't help but whisper, "It's delicious" (lol) There are 3 types of chashu, all of which are unique and delicious! The char siu bowl is larger than the photo, and you can easily eat it with the rich ramen as a side dish. Add as much fried green onion and garlic as you like in the middle to add a different flavor and accent. And miso? I put it in a chashu bowl and enjoyed it from start to finish. Thank you very much. In addition to the 3 types of char siu, there were also 4 types, and I didn't know what the 4th type was, but it was a restaurant that specializes in char siu, so I was able to enjoy the following, such as dodeca char siu noodles.
