It was a late lunch at 3:30 pm, but there were still 5 customers in the restaurant. There are two clerks. Skilled dexterity. I'll start with the soup. A light and lingering flavor. The saltiness was just right and I almost drank all the soup. The noodles don't use brine, which means they're cold barley. It's nothing special, but it goes well with soup. The taste changes with chili oil and vinegar. Even without adding anything, the richness of the chili oil brings out the irresistible flavor. On my first visit, I didn't have to wait in line to eat, but now I understand why there is a line. I'm addicted to this.
