We were wandering around Oiso on a rainy day so we decided to eat something warm for lunch. The shop was a perfect spot to warm up and have a nice good meal. The ramen was very delicious and the chef welcoming and nice.

This isn't salt ramen, it's shio soba. Shellfish soup ramen with the scent of the sea! Tastes that can only be eaten here. The soup tasted like soup and I drank it all down. The noodles were also smooth and thin and delicious. The char siu was a knockout with its soft meat and sweet fat. This is a cafe, right? ! The atmosphere inside the store is like this. The chairs at the counter and tables are also fashionable and not found in ordinary ramen restaurants. The vessels are also stylish! Even the water glass is seriously stylish. Maybe Duralex. First of all, it is something that is not used in ordinary ramen shops. The neon lights on the shells outside the store were also nice. In addition to the ramen, the owner has put a lot of effort into this shop, and I was able to wait without feeling anxious even when I was in line. I was impressed by the store owner's effortless efforts even with just one surgery.

I had a very delicious ramen with a good shellfish soup stock. I ordered Ushio soba, Ajitama soy sauce soba, Shijimi rice, and Aedama (Kaedama), and all of them were extremely delicious. I preferred the shio soba ramen. The soup soaked into my body, and it wasn't too salty, just the balance I wanted. Shijimi rice has a lot of flavor and aroma soaked into the rice. The slightly hard finish suits the ramen and I felt that a lot of thought had been put into it. I asked for the squid ink dandan flavor for the marinated balls. This flavor is very spicy, so you can also have it as a substitute. I couldn't get enough of how delicious it was to eat it as is. I also had a good impression that the owner, a man, was very pleasant and served customers with a smile. I had the ramen soup, the marinated egg soup, and every grain of rice. It was really delicious.
