It has a strong wheat flavor, so it's very thin, but I don't feel it's unsatisfactory, and I think it's a decent amount. Wonton toppings, Hosaki Menma, Ajitama, and char siu are all delicious👌 I think it's a very satisfying ramen. And flat noodles with special soy sauce soba. Of course, this is also a light taste, but the soy sauce used is delicious. It may be the first time that I thought that the soy sauce used when eating such a light ramen was delicious. The flat noodles were a little soft 😅 I wonder if it should be a little faster. But it was totally delicious 👍 I prefer thin noodles.
