Hiratsuka, Kanagawa, Japan｜タンメン・ラーメン 11BAN

I thought I had found a hidden gem. I found it while passing by, and although it looked old, the photo looked delicious, so I went in. It was around 8pm on a Saturday, but there were no other customers. I ordered regular tanmen (¥800). I used to feel that regular tanmen was a little too bland and unsatisfying, but I felt that it made up for all that unsatisfaction. The saltiness and richness of the oil are exquisite. I'm not very good at salty food and sometimes can't finish ramen etc., but I finished the entire bowl. The owner was also very attentive, turning on the air conditioner as I finished eating and started to warm up, and I would like to come back again.

Tanmen is delicious. The rich seasoning and fatty seaweed are the best match. The cooking time is a bit long, but sometimes the owner simply shakes the pot.

I went to eat ramen for lunch 🍜 I ordered the clam ramen for 800 yen, and the salt ramen with the elegant soup stock from the clams was amazing. When I left the parking lot on my way home, the owner even guided me to my car. I was so impressed ✨✨ I will come again 😆👍
