More Comments at Google MapVisited the store around 11:20 on a weekday. 3 people in the front, 8 people in the back. I feel like I'm a fan of soy sauce. One, the salt of my recent boom is pochi (salt ramen 850 yen + salt large serving 150 yen + char siu rice bowl 300 yen). The operation is brisk and very carefully made. Arrived in less than 20 minutes. The soup has a good balance between the flavor of dried sardines and the animal system and is delicious. Noodles are thin flat straight noodles and supple. It goes very well with a well-balanced soup. The char siu rice bowl is also delicious with a bitter soy sauce sauce on the guinea fowl diced char siu. There are many types of ramen, so it's a shop that I still want to try other flavors. I will go again!
I ate soy sauce, salt, miso, and dandan noodles. All of them are delicious, but I personally think that the miso that is only available on Wednesdays, Fridays, and Sundays is very delicious. Even the bean sprouts are delicious. I want it out every day. The customer service is good and the store is clean. If there's one thing, I'd like it if it's late afternoon and you don't have to pack a seat when it's empty. I'm just nervous.
Second visit. I think it was dried sardines ramen. A little salty but quite tasty. The wontons are loose and the filling spills out easily, but I can forgive it. Customer service is polite and the store is clean. If it were on the sea side of Chigasaki or Fujisawa, I'm sure I would be a regular. I want to try miso next time.
