This ramen is really delicious. I haven't seen many restaurants that serve delicious salt ramen, but this ramen was really delicious. The noodles tasted good, and above all, the soup felt quite delicious. You can't choose the hardness or anything, but they make it look good. The arrangement of the ingredients of the ramen itself in the bowl was beautiful, and the homemade chashu was delicious. I also ordered char siu rice, but both the ramen char siu and the rice char siu had a firm texture, so I thought it might be a little tough, so next time I thought half rice would be better. I don't think the service atmosphere is particularly great, but I'm satisfied because the salt ramen was delicious. I was a little disappointed that the flavored eggs were sold out so I couldn't eat them. Next time I would like to try this ramen with flavored eggs. If you want to eat delicious salt ramen, this is a recommended restaurant. There is a parking lot in front of the store that can accommodate about 7 to 8 cars. Also, I have irregular holidays, so it would be best to check Twitter before going.

Beautiful noodle lines, soup, smoked rare char siu, and a soft soft-boiled egg. Everything is of high quality. The arrangement is also very beautiful. Personally, Matsuya is a fan of Ajitamashio Ramen. There are 6 parking spaces in front of the store. It's a good idea to check the business hours on Twitter before heading there as it's closed irregularly.

A few years ago, I was curious about this shop, so my family asked me to go and investigate. It was my first visit with my family, but I was shocked that I was able to meet a wonderful ramen and that it was the best ramen of the year. I didn't remember that the noodles were so delicious, and I was surprised that the noodles were better than the soup. I ordered a large serving, but the volume was perfect and the atmosphere was good, and it was rare to see a woman visiting alone. The salt also tasted like scallops, which was also wonderful. Next time I would like to have char siu rice.
