More Comments at Google MapIt's set back from the street, so it's hard to get in if you're passing by, but there's parking for more than 10 cars, the interior is clean, and the staff are energetic but not noisy, so you can eat quietly, so it's a highly recommended place. Although it is a family-style ramen, you can choose the flavor from soy sauce, salt, and miso. It's hard to choose since all of them are based on pork bones, but my favorite is salt. It's creamy, mellow, odorless, and not as salty as soy sauce, so it's so easy to drink that you could almost call it a soup. And, unusual for a family ramen shop, they have a ``pork braised'' menu, which is also delicious. Personally, I like the variations in taste and menu that I don't have in my direct family.
It's a gentle, family-style ramen that you can eat as many bowls as you like🎵This time I had the tsukemen, but I wanted to try the entire basic menu. I think it's good because the staff's response is pleasant and lively. It was a feast.
I visited for lunch on Saturday. I arrived a little early so I was able to sit down without having to wait, but by the time I was eating, there were lines of people waiting both inside and outside. I have used various Iekei ramen shops, but I felt like it was the first time in a while that I had a proper Iekei ramen. I asked them to change the green onions to spicy green onions. While many restaurants warm the soup by adding vegetables, the temperature remained hot. Personally, I felt like the first time I had Iekei Ramen, that this was Iekei's soy sauce tonkotsu. delicious. I highly recommend this place.
