Greats prices, great food, and friendly locals. Can't recommend this place enough. No English menu, but there are some pictures.

Great noodles.

There are not many noodles that taste so good. I have it as a main dish with tsukemen (Morisoba). If you eat it with chonzuke in the dipping soup, you can taste the noodles well, and if you dobuzuke, you can taste the soup well. Koshigoe seaweed (+150 yen) is full of flavor. Seaweed is really good too *Chilled ramen was added unnoticed, so I will add it.
