Fujisawa, Kanagawa, Japan｜麺場 飛猿

I visited in July. The atmosphere was good with a cheerful and smiling clerk in a cute shop. I had salmon water tsukemen (salt) and street food chicken skin rice bowl. It was the first time I had the flavor of dried salmon, but I thought that there was something like this. The drake was also delicious. Also, if I had the opportunity to go, I would like to eat a different menu.

May 9, 2023 I got the limited edition cold tomato ramen. It's so delicious❗I think it will become a summer staple. It might even be good as tomato curry ramen. I'm looking forward to the new menu. I had the Ajitama Pure Niboshi Ramen and Chashu rice. Second visit. This time I got the soy sauce for the tsukemen. After listening to the explanation of how to eat it for the first time, I first had it with dashi. The soup stock worked well, and the noodles were thin and smooth for tsukemen. The dipping sauce was light, and it was soft and delicious with menma, chicken and pork chashu. The inside of the store is bright and pop, and has a cute space with monkey paintings and stuffed animals. It is a style to buy with a meal ticket. (Cash only) It's a very popular store and I went there before noon on weekdays, but it's crowded after noon, so it might be better to go early. Or late? I appreciate that the parking lot can park two cars next to it! Next, I would like to have the salted tsukemen. Thank you for the meal.
