Hands down, this is the best Ramen around. Went here after surfing lessons at Surf Seen. We had the Shio and Soyu Ramen with a side of the tiny white fish (forgot the name). The Ramen didn't give you that heavy feel after eating it. The taste had so much flavor but gentle at the same time. The white fish dish was also light and refreshing. I highly recommend having a meal here. You will be missing out if you don't.

I visited in November 2023 and ordered salt butter ramen and chashu rice bowl. These will be a ``value lunch set for weekdays,'' so after purchasing and submitting the ticket, the clerk refunded 50 yen. The flavor of the shellfish and chicken stock soup and butter was very delicious. I thought that the seafood and chicken stock blended well together without being too overpowering, giving it an exquisite taste. The noodles are thin and relatively hard. It went down smoothly in my throat. The other ingredients, such as menma and char siu, were also of high quality that you could feel the restaurant's commitment to them. The chashu rice bowl, as described on the menu as "Rice pork rice style", had a sweet and salty flavor with a hint of star anise. It was also delicious. I arrived about 5 minutes before opening time on a weekday, and there were already about 3 people in line, and the restaurant filled up as soon as it opened. By the time we left, it was a huge success with many customers waiting. There was a bicycle parking lot right next to the store.
