Fujisawa, Kanagawa, Japan｜ラーメンGAKI ガキ大将

This is a tonkotsu soy sauce based ramen that is not a family tradition. Either half rice, rice, or medium rice is free. It feels like a great deal.

Visited for lunch with partner. I ordered chashu noodles and tongue egg noodles. When I ate it while stirring to prevent it from settling, the flavor was firm and delicious. It was a taste that I want to go again.

It's a real shame that the green onion topping is no longer on the menu.
