Karamen No. 1. I came to Breeze for the first time in a while and had ramen that I had never ordered before. Condiments along with the offering? When I tried eating it without adding anything, I was like, "Hmm, well, it's delicious" (I'm sorry), but when I shook the pepper that was placed as a seasoning, Will the potential be released all at once? I was surprised by the excellent balance of spiciness, flavor, and numbing sensation. I've eaten ramen on business trips around the country, mainly in Tokyo, and I was impressed by the sense of balance that blossoms with fao jiao. If I come to Fujisawa again, I would like to try this ramen again. Thank you for the meal.
This is a ramen restaurant where we recommend the soup made with dried sardines. This time, I ordered "Goku! Niboshi Soy Sauce" boiled egg topping. Straight, thin noodles with a chewy texture in a refreshing soy sauce-flavored soup with the flavor of dried sardines. By default, soft boiled pork, tori ham, naruto, spinach, and seaweed are topped, giving an impression of plenty of ingredients. This time I added more flavored eggs. It comes with yuzu pepper, and the recommended way to eat it is to change the flavor halfway through. I love the refreshing taste, soy sauce flavor, and straight thin noodles, so I was very satisfied with the ramen. During lunch time (11:30-14:45), I'm glad that they offer free noodles or rice for free. There was also a point card that allows you to receive benefits such as more paste, more spinach, a flavored ball service, and a large serving service. All measures were taken against the coronavirus, so I was able to satisfy my appetite with peace of mind.
