More Comments at Google MapI had Marushin Ramen (soy sauce: 1,350 yen). It's a nice, clear soup. Thin noodles and 3 types of chashu remind me of Nakamuraya. Next time I would like to eat salt and chicken hot water, so I will definitely revisit. Thank you for the delicious food. Thank you for the meal!
I used it during my break at work. It is located a little far from Hon-Atsugi Station, about 10 minutes on foot. A popular restaurant that inherits the flavor of the famous restaurant Nakamuraya, which opened in Yamato City, Kanagawa Prefecture in 1999, and has become a hot topic among ramen connoisseurs as it has attracted attention not only from Japan but also from overseas. is. I visited around 13:00 on a weekday, and it wasn't that crowded, which was pretty lucky! I bought a ticket for Marushin Miso Ramen from the ticket machine inside the store and took a seat. The inside of the store is bright and clean, and there are table seats and counter seats. All of the staff members were cheerful and friendly, so I thought there were many regular customers who lived nearby. Marushin miso ramen appeared after a little over 5 minutes of waiting. The miso is based on Hatcho miso, and its aroma and flavor will whet your appetite. The thin noodles have a fun texture when you bite into them, and are just the right firmness for those who like thin noodles. There are three types of char siu: shoulder loin, pork belly, and chicken breast char siu. The shoulder loin looks a little tough, but it seems to have been cooked at a low temperature and is very soft. It was a charcuterie trio where you could enjoy the aroma of pork belly and the moist texture of chicken breast. There are also toppings such as flavored eggs, green onions, bean sprouts, and seaweed, so the volume and taste are outstanding. It had been a while since I had eaten Hatcho Miso's miso ramen, so I enjoyed the fresh taste. Overall, it was a high-quality store where you could really feel the warmth of the staff, who greeted you when you entered the store and even saw you off when you left. Thank you for the meal!
The customer service, atmosphere, cleanliness, and easy to read menu were all great! This is a personal opinion, but I was impressed by the cold towels I received at the ramen restaurant.
