Fujisawa, Kanagawa, Japan｜Ramen Kagetsu Arashi

I like it to be lighter, so I always order it with a lighter flavor and less fat. This will keep it delicious till the end. Recently, my noodles have become thicker, and even though I don't like thick noodles, I'm glad that they weren't as thick as I expected and were just right.

The staff are polite and the food is delicious! My favorite is the tonkotsu ramen! I think there are really individual differences in opinions, but I love it! There is 1 person who says he won't come to pick up the order even after 30 minutes, but how about talking to the clerk as soon as 10 minutes have passed?

I went in before the lunch peak. There seemed to be a new staff member, and I could see that the senior staff were being carefully instructed. I met mostly female employees, and the food was clean and delicious.
