One of a kind Ramen experiences in the Southern Side (Ofuna/Kamakura area) of Kanagawa! Definitely a five star quality!! I have lived in Japan for quite a while and usually ramen of this kind tend to leave soreness to the stomach as an aftermath due to it being too “heavy” (you ramen freaks know what I mean). However the soup here is one of a kind being not too salty nor oily but very light to the stomach while being rich in flavor. Most likely because there are no excessive flavoring hindering the taste of the soup thus really brings out the richness of the flavor making you realize how a true “ramen soup” should be made. Combine that with the noodles which are not too thin nor thick but soft to the touch when you bring it to your mouth, fresh vegetables (you have a variety to choose from of course) and several pieces of well cut juicy meat and you got yourself a top-knotch ramen experience you will remember during your stay in Japan (visiting or not) Also there are soupless noodles which is equally amazing. Definitely worth trying both with and without for a change (you can do half and half as an option, compliments to the chef) Highly suggest “Nanameuewo Yuku”(ナナメ上をゆく)if you happen to be in the area!

The most personally recommended ramen shop in 2023 The reason is that while I am on a diet, it is low in calories despite being rich in pork bones. And only pork bones are 100%, and the emulsified soup is thick but refreshing. It is completely different from pork bones with floating fat. A thick soup like collagen ramen that is delicious with the noodles Ramen that I can drink the soup without difficulty is quite satisfying, so I would like to recommend this content to women as well as pork bones other than seafood. And the miracle pork that only exists in the market at 0.04% Aichi Prefecture's "Goku Pork" is really delicious, so I definitely want you to eat it!

I found this ramen shop while walking around Kamakura. I ordered the Gokubuta Ramen, which is a set of ramen with three types of pork. I was also curious about the delicious-looking vegetables, so I topped them with eggplant. I was surprised when I tried the soup! It's not greasy at all, it's a rich but delicious soup that's strangely refreshing. When I asked the owner, he told me that the soup was made using an old-fashioned method and prioritized flavor. Well, it was really delicious... The pork on the other plate was also delicious, far exceeding the level you'd get at a ramen restaurant. The meat cooked at low temperature is especially delicious! It had a texture I had never had before. The eggplant toppings are not too harsh and are extremely delicious! I think I'll try other vegetables next time. I never expected to find the best ramen of my life at a restaurant I happened to visit. I will definitely visit you again when I come to Kamakura! Thank you for the meal.
