So delicious (a little salty)!! So much flavor. Noodles are a little thick so not quite a ramen noodle but not a udon. Style of ramen is such that you don't get a lot of broth. If you are still hungry after eating the noodles, you can ask for rice to soak up the broth.

Very delicious! It's a bit too salty for me, but it's perfect with highballs. I think it's better than ramen. You can get some rice after you finish eating, and it was nice to be able to eat it neatly by mixing the rice with the remaining sauce.
