I tried the Tokusei Stamina Ramen (1,200 Yen) and I was blown away by how good, and different, the flavor of the broth was (Salty but with hints of sweetness).

This store is in a horrifyingly bad location. Although it is located in an inconspicuous location for a ramen shop, there seems to be a parking lot available. It was after 7pm on a weekday, and there was one group of customers in front of us and one group of customers after us. The store was very clean and the customer service was very polite. It was the ramen to finish off after eating Yakiniku next door, so I went for the Ago Shio Ramen. The owner's ramen making process is beautiful and has high expectations. The finished ramen had a little bit less soup, but it had a very deep flavor. Although it is oily, it is not greasy and absorbs gently. The noodles had a nice aroma and the toppings were delicious too. The quality of the ramen is so high that you can be sure that the other ramen will be delicious as well. Next time I'd like to try the garlic ramen when I'm hungry. I think this is a shop with a certain level of ability, so I would like to support them!
