When you enter the store, there is a nice smell of miso. The table had a box format and a transom was incorporated. It didn't have the clutter that is common at ramen shops, and the time seemed to slow down. I was able to enjoy it slowly. The types of miso used for the base of the ramen were Hokkaido, Shinshu, and Kyushu. Both were rich and delicious.
