Yokohama, Kanagawa, Japan｜Ramen Yamato Zenbu

I am from the United States and so far of the few ramen shops I have tried this is my favorite. It has the best ramen I have ever eaten. I have visited twice, once in March of 2020 and April of 2023. First time I get the ramen and gyoza combo and the second time I got the pork ramen. Both times the food was delicious and I look forward to visiting again next time I am in Japan.

The atmosphere of an old-fashioned store. This is a good feeling in the middle of the day. After thinking about it, I ordered the ramen with red bean paste. A bowl came out. Big. nice. You seem to like the luck of the truck. taste. A very soothing taste. I felt like I wanted this kind of thing to come out at this kind of store. Was fried rice famous? I should have asked.

I don't know if the management has changed or not, but it has been under this name for over 30 years. I feel like I've always had a lot of flavorful ramen (this is my personal opinion), but lately I've been ordering only the spicy pork tsukemen. It has a unique sour taste and is topped with garlic chips.Although it is a bright red soup, it is not too spicy and has a punchy feel that is irresistible. Add vinegar halfway through to make it more sour and taste even better. The noodles also go well with egg-based noodles. This taste is like no other. I highly recommend it.
