Super rich chicken broth ramen. Popular among both locals and tourists. We came at around 1pm and waited around 30 mins, which was totally worth it. 🍜🐔No.1 Chicken Paitan Ramen (¥1300) Really thick and creamy chicken broth. It was slow cooked with 100% Japan Chicken. The chicken flavour was strong and not over oily. Reminds me of cream of chicken. Ramen was al-dente, every strand was absorbed with soup! 🦪🍜No.10 Clam and oyster ramen (¥1500) Refreshing soup base comparing to the Chicken Paitan. Every mouthful of soup carries fragrant seafood taste.

Excellent chicken ramen. Thick and creamy broth that was not too salty. Firm chewy noodles. And the chicken chashu over rice with truffle soy sauce was incredible. Friendly and helpful service.

If you love ramen just go. I ran into this restaurant when I was looking for lunch. The queue was quite long just like other restaurants, but you can get in quite fast. Chicken ramen (鸡白汤） is probably my favourite so far …compared to others…and price is reasonable too, for this size (enough for a big stomach man like me) it’s only like 1200jpy, half the price of anything similar in HK. Waitress here does not speak English well, but they have menu with picture and waitress is polite and turn around fast.
