More Comments at Google MapThis ramen is leaps and bounds ahead of any american (I'm from the US) ramen today. I don't know what kind of magic spell the chef casts over his ingredients, or, what kind of black magic deal he made with the devil to produce such an incredible depth of flavor. I usually get the fish broth. It's incredible. The flavor is so rich. And, it's a fish based broth so it doesn't have that nasty pork fat broth consistency most ramen has. Highly recommend.
"Fresh fish bonito soup noodles + tuna bowl" Visited after hearing that Mr. Itamae, a sushi chef, serves delicious ramen. The atmosphere is good at the counter of a sushi restaurant that does not rotate. The rich-looking soup fills your mouth with the scent of bonito, and it's so delicious that you'll be able to swallow it lightly! The julienned ginger, which mixes with the noodles and gives a happy surprise, is in harmony. It's exactly the technology of itamae. The tuna is also fresh and delicious!
I happened to be passing by the store and asked about it. Do you feel like eating Chinese noodles for some reason when you go to the beach? While we were talking about wanting to eat some old-fashioned ramen, we happened to come across a ramen shop with a nice exterior. The parking lot next to the store is full, so I wonder if it's a popular store? When you enter the store, you purchase a meal ticket in advance. I ordered fresh fish bonito noodles and rich chicken soup noodles. The noodles are thick and contain chopped onions, thinly sliced chicken, and fishballs. The soup had no odor and was elegant and delicious. I was in the mood for thin noodles, but the thick noodles weren't too hard or too soft, and I finished the meal with just the right amount. It was hot, so the cold barley tea that was prepared at my seat was also very delicious.
