I am from the west. I wanted to eat Rairaitei's rich ramen and came to the store as a drive. When I was completely in the mouth of rich ramen, the menu was written as our limited ramen. So it's tomato mixed soba + onion topping & chasing rice. Break the raw egg in the center and mix well from the bottom. It seems that the noodles are not the usual thin noodles. Real food. It goes without saying that the umami of tomatoes and the umami of cheese go well together, and the accent of pepper is tangy and delicious! At the end, add chasing rice and finish it in a risotto style! I came to the store with the feeling of full rich ramen, but I have no regrets! It was a delicious mixed soba with a good balance of umami!
