More Comments at Google MapHad shonan maze soba and 1 aji tamago topping. This feels like a mix of aglio olio pasta and japanese maze soba. It is a very good combination.
"Tomato Maze Soba" = Dry Ramen with tomato soup (not totally dry with some more like source) Noodle thickness is really like pasta but the taste is something else. Fusion of Ramen n pasta in a great way. Tomato source/soup has dried fish based taste (i assure you it does not have fishy smell)
This is my first visit. Inside the store, there are seven two-seater tables and a counter. It was a relaxing space. I wasn't sure what to order, but I ordered dipping sauce (soy sauce) and rich toppings. The noodles are soaked in the dried sardines in the bowl, and are delicious even without dipping them in the soy sauce soup! The noodles are thin. Meat is delicious when eaten in hot soup with just enough oil to dissolve. I was hungry, so I ate it. There are many creative types of ramen, and the thickness of the noodles varies depending on the ramen. I'm also interested in tomato ramen. I would like to come back to eat there again.
