Walk a short distance from Ofuna Station and enter the alley. The shop is very neat and tidy. There is only one person sitting in the whole shop. The boss and customers are very friendly. The landlady spoke Mandarin, and after chatting with him for a while, she discovered that he immigrated to Japan from Taiwan. He recommended me to eat this bowl of milk ramen. There is a little butter on top. After melting, the milk soup is very smooth and rich. Plus the plump barbecued pork is really awesome 😂 The texture of the noodles is so special, it's like Hong Kong's short noodles, but it's ramen noodles. The process is so comfortable and I really feel the food. Although the shop is a little hot, it’s quite cool on the big boat in June. I feel refreshed immediately when I go outside and enjoy the breeze😋
