Yokohama, Kanagawa, Japan｜Shina-sobaya

Ordered the Shio Ramen with Waton. Light ramen, not too heavy. Usually I can't finish the broth, but the broth was amazing!

There is no English menu because you order by machine but the staff are super friendly and explain everything, the food is tasty and yummy, recommend!

This is hands-down the best ramen I've had in Japan. I can drink the entire bowl of broth, the pork is delicious, and the soft boiled eggs are cooked perfectly. I highly recommend the salt ramen!
