More Comments at Google MapI had the agodashi ramen. Personally, I like crisp and light soups, but I finished this bowl completely. I had eaten other ramen at this restaurant, but the Ago Dashi Ramen was my favorite.
The last time I ate it, I couldn't stand the smell of garlic, but I decided to order the Niboshi Ramen. This time, I asked the store staff for recommendations. Recommended dishes include chinese soup stock, freshwater clams, and garlic-based ramen, so I was worried about garlic, so I ordered the garlic miso ramen for 900 yen. At first, I ordered a large portion, but the staff advised me that this ramen has a lot of ingredients even in a regular portion, so it would be better to order a replacement if it's not enough, so I changed to a regular portion. When you eat the rice bowl, the amount of vegetables is quite large and it is very filling. The deluxe version has green onions, chives, spinach, and bean sprouts on top, as well as pork, a whole egg, and three pieces of seaweed. The noodles are medium thick. The noodles are soaked with flavor and are delicious. The miso-based soup is piping hot but mellow, and although it contains quite a bit of garlic, it has a gentle taste with no fishy smell at all. And while I was eating, I felt something warm rush up from inside my body. When I eat spicy food, I tend to feel like something is coming out of the top of my head, but this time I felt sweat or something warm welling up from my whole body, which was an interesting sensation. And now my nose won't stop running lol I think the taste is amazing for this amount for 900 yen. The soup was so good that I drank it all and finished it. I was very satisfied and enjoyed the meal. It was dangerous. If I had made a large portion of the soup, I wouldn't have been able to drink all the soup and would have died... Ordered a large bowl of dried sardine ramen with thin noodles. The dried sardine soup is quite bland and light, unlike the popular boshi soup. The thin noodles and dried sardines blend together to create an exquisite flavor. Also, the chashu was very soft and the flavor of the soup matched well with the fat that comes out when you bite into it, which was especially delicious. I thought it was delicious and devoured a large portion. However, if you like salty food, you'll probably get a very low rating, so I think it's a mixed taste. After ordering and waiting for the rice bowl to arrive, everyone around me was ordering garlic ramen, and the whole room was filled with the delicious smell of garlic. Hmm, maybe I should have gone with that because it smells so good that it stimulates my appetite...?
Agodashi ramen was delicious. It had a refreshing, light, and warm flavor. The two pieces of chashu, menma, and egg were also good. It's a difficult place to get to, but it's worth going.
