I ordered the special salt ramen. The soup seems to use dashi stock made from red sea bream, red kelp, and dried shiitake mushrooms, so I expected the flavor to be soft due to the ingredients, but it was surprisingly strong. The noodles are medium-thin, straight, hard, and have a fragrant flavor. This combination felt good. Chargrilled pork is delicious, but the thick and soft menma, the white-haired green onion that acts as a buffer for the fat, and the mitsuba leaves that add an odd flavor, and the supporting characters add color without being overpowering, making this a highly satisfying dish.

Located on the 1st floor of Totsukana, a shopping mall directly connected to JR Totsuka Station, this shop is popular for its tanrei-style ramen. This time, I had the Ajitama Shio Ramen, and although it was a clear soup, it had a strong flavor, and it was very delicious when it was entwined with the thin straight noodles. Ajitama, char siu, sinachiku, seaweed, and green onions all look great! I also do tsukemen. The inside of the store is also clean, there are partitions, and the infection control measures are solid, so it's safe! It's convenient because the station and the bus are close! There is a parking lot for cars, but there is no discount service.

I ordered Maximum Oyakodon with special soy sauce. The soy sauce soup was rich but had a refreshing aftertaste and was very easy to eat. The char siu and menma were of high quality with extra care, and of course the noodles were delicious♪ Number one is the oyakodon egg. When you mix the thick egg yolk with the chicken and shovel it into your mouth, you'll feel happiness. It was so delicious that I would like to try making Tsukemen next time♪
