Ramen was awesome, what stood out was the fried rice.

I like soy sauce and salt-based soups, so I don't really go for tonkotsu-based ones, but the soup here was delicious. The char siu also had a little aroma when grilled, which was good. The Japanese pepper and vinegar recommended by the restaurant were also really good. I especially liked the Japanese pepper. Since the base also contains dried sardines, I wonder if it would go well with Japanese food? I came here by chance from outside of the prefecture, but I would like to go there again if I'm ever in the area.

The taste strange ramen (tonspi ramen). It looks like a Zaikei, but it's not as strong as the Ikekei, and it has a taste that makes you want to sip it more and more. The sauce is bright red, but unlike what you might imagine, it has a curry flavor and is not extremely spicy, but has a spiciness that adds a nice accent, making it a flavor that even people who don't like spicy food can enjoy. The noodles are medium thick. The unusual ingredients of komatsuna and mustard greens give it a fresh feel, and the crunchiness of the komatsuna and the flavor of the mustard greens go perfectly with the ramen. As you eat, the soy sauce ramen mixes with the spicy sauce and the taste changes to curry ramen. You can enjoy both curry ramen and tonkotsu soy sauce ramen.
