Delicious noodles, meat, egg, and broth. Got the shoyu broth for my tsukemen that had a hint of citrus flavor. Shop owner is like the neighbor who will look after you. Definitely a place I will remember for a long time.

Delicious Shoyu or salt ramen!

The clear soup made with Okinawan salt is thick but not too salty and has a rich flavor. The cilantro dressing balls were also wonderful 👍 However, the store is not conspicuous and the location is difficult to understand😅
