Yokohama tonkotsu soy sauce for the first time in a while. 880 yen for 2 large pieces of thick pork, spinach, seaweed, and flavored egg is a reasonable price. was delicious.

I think this is one of the best family-style ramen restaurants in the southern part of Yokohama. It's rare to find a family that has such a harmonious combination of the richness of pork bones and the edge of soy sauce. It's not too rich, so the flavor isn't overwhelming, and the soy sauce isn't too strong, so it's not overly salty, giving it an excellent sense of balance. It's different from your run-of-the-mill family-run ramen shop, where it's just creamy and doesn't have a distinct or flat taste. After all, the taste doesn't have that much of an outline. The special ramen is 1,030 yen (as of September 2023), which includes a total of 4 different types of chargrilled pork, 5 pieces of seaweed, seasoned eggs, and spinach, which is insanely cheap. I hope it continues to prosper as a store that is indispensable to the local community.
