Many of the ramen shops around the station have rich flavors, so I think the standard flavor of tonkotsu soy sauce is the easiest to eat here. However, it's not that light, and I personally like this flavor the best. The gyoza was also delicious. The store is clean, the owner is kind, and the store has a nice atmosphere. It's close to the station, but it's off the main street and in the back, so it's hard to notice unless you're from the neighborhood. I often eat lunch in front of Sobudai, and I wondered if there was a ramen shop in a place like this (lol)

The soup, which is not light and has a strong dashi stock, is delicious with thin medium-thick noodles! ️Is it an elegant family lineage that suppresses the smell of chicken broth or pork bones?
