You'll get a high-quality bowl of noodles for a higher-than-average price (compared to the other ramen joints in the area), but it's well worth it. The ramen and its toppings feel 'crafted' rather than just 'made', and the two kinds of chashu (one smoked, one regular) really elevate the experience. The staff are attentive, but they might be *too* attentive, since they keep trying to refill my 60% full glass of water all the time. If you're tired of tonkotsu ramen and want to treat yourself to an exquisite meal, this is the place.
