More Comments at Google MapA tonkotsu-based ramen shop in front of Kinugasa Station. You can taste the soup blended with salt, soy sauce, and miso. I've only eaten salt tonkotsu and soy sauce tonkotsu until now, and I had miso tonkotsu for the first time in my life. I ordered it with a strong taste, but it was surprisingly not so persistent. And the rice bowl we ordered together was delicious! The salt sauce that is applied is delicious and the rice goes on! Also, char siu, which was used for ramen and rice bowls, is very soft! If you pick it up with chopsticks, it will be cut into pieces! The order method is a stable meal ticket type, and you can decide how to boil the noodles, the strength of the flavor, and the amount of oil. There is red pickled ginger, grated garlic, and (probably) gochujang at the seat for free. The inside of the store was beautiful and the atmosphere was good.
I went there for lunch after getting a haircut at the barber shop next door. I was asked my preference for soy sauce tonkotsu ramen, but I ordered normal. The noodles were flat, not round, and the soup was a little strong, but I liked the taste. The ingredients were char siu, spinach, green onions, quail eggs, and two sheets of seaweed. There are tonkotsu ramen shops nearby, but I prefer this one. They also have miso and salt ramen, so I would like to go there again. As a side note, the miso pork bone was also delicious.
A ramen shop in front of JR Kinugasa Station. Today I walked to the hair salon near the station, so I didn't have to worry about parking fees and went home after having a leisurely dinner (^^) I decided to meet up with my daughter on the way and give this place a try! I didn't look closely, but I think there are about 8 seats only at the counter. The store was clean and had plenty of luggage storage baskets. Hair ties are also provided for you to use freely. First, buy a ticket at the ticket vending machine. I had tonkotsu miso ramen with seaweed topping. My daughter chose the tonkotsu soy sauce ramen (katame). The noodles are thick. Both have a relaxing and rich taste. The miso is incredibly thick. I think tonkotsu soy sauce is a little lighter. They have completely different tastes, but I like them both (╹◡╹) I wanted to try the gyoza as well, so I ordered more later (^_^o) It was fluffy and had a sweet taste with a hint of garlic, which I thought was a rare flavor. The sweetness is like onions. . . ? It would have been nice if it was a little more grilled. If students wear a uniform or show their student ID and pay 650 yen, they will get tonkotsu soy sauce, extra half-sized noodles, or rice for free! My daughter was wearing plain clothes and didn't have a student ID card, which was disappointing (i _ i)
