Some people talk loudly about their family lineage, but I am a self-proclaimed person who understands my family lineage after going to the Yoshimura family for 10 years. Iekei tonkotsu becomes a little spicy as you get older. Iekei is broken junk food that deviates considerably from the theory of taste as a dish. Therefore, it was able to become a punchy food culture. On the other hand, the time will surely come when you realize the imbalance of the taste that you have forced into it. This store is simple in such a good way. Yet it is family. I will refrain from commenting on other stores other than Yoshimuraya, but there are many stores that are too thin and too dark, and I can't talk about it before the evaluation. The same goes for the stores around here that are more prosperous than this one. If you are a person in Yokohama, you should understand the meaning. It's natural for me to have different opinions in terms of just how good it is, but in terms of whether it's right or wrong, this store doesn't go beyond the realm of the correct answer. I have no complaints about the staff. On the contrary, if you're from the continent, Yokohama has a Chinatown, so you don't lose cultural affinity. It was very helpful for me to follow the rules even during the corona crisis.
