Since the char siu is sweet, I often choose char siu noodles. Is delicious. I've only ever had tonkotsu (?) soy sauce, so I don't know the taste of salt, but I can customize it to my liking with the standard Iekei ordering method (katakoi, barikata, less oil, etc.) I think it's surprisingly cool. I feel like white rice was charged at night. I don't remember when the fee starts, but I think it started around 19:00, so I think you should go in the evening. However, the combination of Iekei ramen and white rice is delicious, but you will gain weight explosively, so be careful not to eat too much.
