More Comments at Google MapI have been to Butayama in Machida many times, It tasted the same here too! I bought a small ramen using the touch panel ticket vending machine, and the price was 900 yen. Looks like the price has gone up. I went after 12 noon on a weekday, I connected to the fourth person who was waiting for three people inside the store. I waited for 7 minutes, was seated, put my ticket on the counter, I asked for 200g of noodles. Mini 125g, small 250g, large 375g, You can reduce the amount of noodles. After another 7 minutes, he asked, ``Would you like to add garlic to 200g of noodles, number 9 (the number is written on the seat)?'' That's what I was told, so I called. When I looked at the amount of garlic the person next to me was using, it was about a spoonful. I asked for garlic and oil. The amount of garlic is completely different from the Machida store. (Machida has a lot more, depending on the person) Calls may be difficult for those who don't understand them well, but Butayama is kind, so just call him even if you don't know and you'll be fine. There is also a call list posted inside the store, and you can also view it online, so I think there is a sense of security. Some people called when they were seated, but they were asked when the dish was ready. Also, not only here, but people often say "garlic pear". It can be misheard as "garlic better", and if you don't say anything, there will be no garlic, so if you don't need garlic, you don't need the word garlic itself. As long as you don't have garlic, vegetables in normal amounts, oil, and don't want to make the flavor stronger, it's OK to say "as is." Now. The most important ramen is the same as the one you get at the Machida store. It's delicious with soy sauce flavor and plenty of umami. There are a lot of Jiro types that are surprisingly refreshing, and even the original Jiro can sometimes feel unsatisfying. Personally, I really like Butayama's ramen. I don't really like the noodles, which are called dero noodles. Butayama's noodles have a firm texture and flavor. I like it because it makes me think. I don't like flat noodles, but the texture is good so I can tolerate them. lol The vegetables, mainly bean sprouts, are not boiled raw or stale, but just right. The pork is also thick, soft and delicious. And personally, Abra is indispensable. Garlic is also essential as it adds to the junkiness, but chopped raw garlic has a smell problem, so it's up to you. I drink a lot of green tea after meals to deodorize. Most of the store staff are foreigners, with one person acting as an assistant. It almost felt like a one-off surgery, but he worked very efficiently and did his best. Another great thing about Butayama is that the greetings are cheerful. There are many female customers at the Machida store, and there were many female customers here as well. I left the store very satisfied.
[Addendum] I tried chilling. (Photo also uploaded) Garlic mayonnaise is sprinkled over plenty of cabbage and bean sprouts, and you can enjoy it lightly. It was delicious♪ [Addendum] I tried without soup. (I also uploaded a photo) It was delicious. Next time I would like to try chilling. [Postscript] I wondered why everyone was saying "that" at the end of the call, so I looked it up, and it seems that the daily toppings are on the app. It's like "garlic a little vegetable oil" At Butayama, which opened yesterday, I ate small ramen garlic oil. When I visited around 19:00, there was no queue outside, so I immediately bought a meal ticket and waited for several people inside the store. A bowl of rice in about 3 minutes from sitting in a few minutes. It says 150g for less vegetables and 300g for normal, but it wasn't as much as I thought. The addition of Abra is a vulgar mass of laughter. The firmness of the thick noodles was just right, and the high quality inspired Jiro. Also, the customer service was very polite, and I was a little surprised that this place was not like Jiro. Repeat. Perfect ⭐️×5
This is my first Jiro series. This store kindly explained the rules and etiquette of the store, so I was able to enjoy Jiro-kei with peace of mind. As a beginner, I ordered mini ramen with a little garlic and 450g of vegetables, and it was just the right amount. The char siu is delicious! The vegetables are hearty and satisfying! The soup and noodles have a rich flavor and are very filling! There are only counter seats, but the rotation is quick so you won't have to wait long.
