Yamato, Kanagawa, Japan｜Ramen Gō

This place is legendary! A local champion, can't hype it enough. This is "oily style" and very delicious. I went wild pressing all kinds of buttons on the ordering machine, but if you look stumped by choice (and look like a foreigner) a friendly staff member will come and help you order with explanation. I got the special with add-ons. Thank you for a memorable experience, can't wait to visit this restaurant again. There was no wait during the non-busy hours, but a nice queue as I was leaving.

This place was great. Ramen was good. A little salty. Might need to drink extra water later but the flavor was wonderful. I recommend this place.

The ramen was so good that once I got home, I went into a sudden food coma. The soup has some of the strongest flavors I’ve ever tasted, it was hot, and the portions were big. Come to find out this place has been participated in the National Ramen Grand Prix since 2017. This restaurant deserves a 6th star!
