Miso Ramen Noodle Shape ➕🌽 & 🧈 Rich miso soup with thick, medium-thin noodles from Nishiyama Seimen and a deep, soy sauce-based char siu Bean sprouts stir-fried in an iron pot unique to Sapporo ramen. Once you eat it, it becomes a habit. Miso ramen is super delicious. The owner is from Manryu, a long-established Sapporo ramen shop. There is a Thai style 🇹🇭 massage in front of the store, and a sister came to ask for delivery of fried rice. I was carrying fried rice made by the owner 😀 There is no doubt that my home is the most delicious ramen shop near my house. The reverse character of the noren is unique. It was a treat. Nostalgic noodles. Nishiyama Ramen is a noodle factory in Hokkaido, and when my father owned a ramen shop, he used Nishiyama Ramen, so eating it at Yushi reminds me of my childhood.
