I was able to get the limited edition “Clam x Matsutake Ramen (Salt)” at Menshu Fukuro@Totsuka just before it sold out 🍜 The umami of the clams in the soup appeals to your taste buds, the autumn aroma of matsutake mushrooms appeals to your sense of smell, and the presence of soybeans visually appeals to your senses. The medium-thin straight noodles may seem a bit weak, but they actually go well with clam salt soup. After I finished eating the noodles, I noticed the clam meat and cut matsutake mushrooms that had sunk to the bottom of the soup. From there, you can enjoy it as clam soup🍲 If you have a chance, please try it. This is a recommended cup 🍜✨
