Little mom n pop spot. Great ramen and gyoza for a very cheap price. Definitely a must go if you're in the area.

Keikyu Taura Station where I got off aimlessly. Attractive shops such as fashionable cafes and cheap soba restaurants were scattered about, but they lacked the decisive factor. I thought, and turned left at the corner, and there was that store. The signboard of <Ramen Yamamoto> catches your eye. It's not sophisticated at all, but the 500 yen for ramen and the 250 yen for gyoza are a bargain. There should be, I stepped. Green onion pork noodles 900 yen and dumplings. Impression that the work is polite. Boiled egg, sinachiku, and wakame are standard toppings. I missed asking if it was homemade, but you can also have a moderately thick chashu. Soup has not been neglected either. It's been a long time since I wanted to drink it all up. Noodles should be moderately large even if they are normal. The texture is not bad. Gyoza is delicious at this quality for 250 yen. [Revisited in February 2021] The price of gyoza has been increased to 300 yen. The average price of noodles has also increased by 50 yen. Salt ramen 550 yen is the default and does not have char siu. 100 yen for medium size of 1.5 balls. 100 yen for seaweed, 100 yen for butter, and 300 yen for roast pork for 1,150 yen. Rice for lunch is free. Soup and noodles are both delicious. You know it will thrive.

That of a good old ramen shop. Both ramen and gyoza are delicious and cheap. The atmosphere inside the store enhances the taste even more. It was closed for a long time, but has reopened. The price has increased by about 50 yen to 100 yen each in the last half year. There is no parking lot, but there is D Parking 1-chome, Funakoshi-cho, Yokosuka-shi, nearby, so use this.
