It’s been a while (Maruhachi). I got the soy sauce pork bone ramen. The pork bone soup here has a smooth texture, and the carefully stewed pork bone soup gives it a very creamy impression. The seaweed is also carefully sourced from Hakkei (Kanazawa), so please enjoy our original soup, which is a little different from the original soup.

This is my first visit. Soy sauce pork bone chashu, hard noodles, lunch service. Drink the soup, ah! delicious. I don't know what it is, but it has a rich flavor. Is it sesame? The pork bone has a slightly creamy feel, but it's not too strong. The noodles were medium-thick and slightly thinner than the soup. I heard that it is only open during the day, but I would like to come again. I'm also happy that it's right next to Kanazawa Hakkei Station.

Today, I visited Menya Maruhachi for the first time. The seaweed here is locally produced in Kanazawa Hakkei, so expectations are rising. They listen carefully to your preferences. This time, I ordered a hard char siu noodle (soy sauce), and during lunchtime (11:00-15:00), I chose a large serving or half rice for free. The soup is a rich and emulsified mild type that is very satisfying. The rice is also delicious!! It's also delicious if you dip local seaweed into the soup and wrap it in rice. It was thick seaweed with a firm texture. This is a repeat confirmation. The clerk's friendliness was also good, and it was a good meal until the end.
