It's at a pretty high level❗️I've eaten a lot of fried rice, but for me, it ranked #1 temporarily in Japan! The fragrant fried rice is super delicious! While waiting for the bus to go to Kamakura to visit a grave, I searched for a ramen restaurant in Kanazawa Hakkei on Google Maps and it looked delicious, so I popped in for the first time! I ordered wonton noodles and fried rice. The ramen also has a refreshing chicken broth that goes perfectly with the noodles. And the pot made a clanking sound and the sound of the pot wouldn't stop, and the fried rice that came out with steam was just as good as it looked💮❗️ The glossy grains of rice that fell apart and the fragrant charred pork and eggs exploded in flavor in my mouth 💥. It tastes so good every time I put it in my mouth. You can come to Kanazawa Hakkei just to eat fried rice. LOL And I definitely want to try the bean sprout soba that the person next to me was eating so delicious ❗️

I wanted to eat ramen so I went there. The soup is light and refreshing. The chashu is thick and filling! The wontons are also good. Please note that business hours may close early. Smoking is allowed inside the store. There is also a sticker on the entrance door and an ashtray on the counter. The only thing I don't have is the courage to suck it up.

This shop has been in Hakkei for a long time, and since moving here due to the Hakkei redevelopment, we have decided to keep our business hours short because we want to continue our shop for a long time. Personally, I often eat fried rice and gyoza. Bean sprout soba is also popular among the elderly. The store only has a counter, so it gets crowded. Leave your seat quickly after eating. Unlike the others, I think the fried rice is stir-fried in lard-based oil. Bean sprout soba is definitely delicious!
