Order shrimp wonton salt soba and char siu rice. Shellfish soup such as clams on a chicken base is not sharp, rich and delicious. Choose from flat or thin noodles. The medium-thin straight noodles have a high amount of water and go well with the soup. Shrimp wontons are finely ground and not the type to enjoy the texture, but the skin is slippery and blends well with the soup and noodles. The two kinds of char siu are quite large and filling. The shoulder loin is so soft that it's hard to imagine from its appearance, and it's excellent. The char siu rice is filled with chunks of diced char siu, and the garlic-flavored sauce will whet your appetite. The menu is extensive and I would like to visit again.
