Who decided that Iekei and miso ramen should be thick noodles? I'm not good at thick noodles, so I'm very grateful to be able to choose thin noodles. It was written that it was salty in the previous review, but it was delicious without such a thing. I will ask again.

A family-style ramen that follows the flow of the Suzuki family. So the soup is milder than the Sohonzan restaurant. And I felt that the salty taste was even more suppressed than the Suzu family, and it had a gentle taste. Perhaps because my taste buds have changed from when I was younger as I'm past middle age, Iekei ramen is my favorite now. I think it would be nice if it was a popular restaurant that would be more talked about, but the reason why it doesn't happen is probably because the signboard is blue, which doesn't look like a ramen shop.
