After eating Nishikai Ramen inside the Tokyo Racecourse, I realized how delicious it was. The most distinctive thing about this dish is that it has green lettuce on the ramen. This is irresistibly delicious. At first, you may be surprised to find seaweed on ramen, but please give it a try and experience the collaboration of tonkotsu soup and seaweed in your mouth. The lady serving the customers was also enthusiastic and made the ramen taste even more delicious. thank you very much. I'll be going again soon. Addendum (2022/08/30) After all, it's a stable taste. This time we have free garlic and yuzu pepper.

When I go to Viva Form Nagatsuta store, I always end up stopping by “Sakai Seimenjo”(^^) The ramen here is delicious. I stopped by casually, but I was hooked! I'll eat it when I get hungry. Fried rice is also delicious 😋 The loquat tea is also delicious (^^) I'll order another one. What's a bit disappointing is the green chili pepper. Previously (pre-coronavirus, I guess), I was able to make a topping of yuzu pepper with chopped fresh green chili peppers, but now it's just regular yuzu pepper. I want that yuzu pepper back!

I received a large serving of chin soup ramen. I don't think Nishikai Ramen stands out very much in Yokohama, where Iekei Ramen is very popular. But the ramen here is really delicious!!! The gentleness of the chin soup stock and the flavor of the seaweed are the best. Even though it's in a hardware store, it's different from the ramen you find everywhere. I'll keep repeating it over and over again~ Now that I think about it, last time I went, did you drink the loquat tea that they always serve? It also had a great flavor and is my favorite!
