First detailed English review? This ramen shop is very local! It was recommend by my Japanese friend! And oh my god! It must be one of the most satisfy ramen noodles I ever had! It is perfect in every way that I cannot pick a fault! The salt ramen has good ingredients! Few pieces of pork, eggs, wonton, spring onion and a piece of veg. The soup is very delicious ingredients is simple yet very complex! You can almost taste different level of taste to it! Noodles is fine and good texture just to my preference and the meat is the best I ever had! With wood smoke infuse to it! The raw egg stir rice is also very delicious! The chopped onion give the extra kick in taste and chew texture to it! Very satisfied meal maybe even better than some of the top tabelog recommendation! However it is not located somewhere convenient transportation! It is worth a visit!

The ramen are the best ramen I ever ate and the owners are very very kind! Everybody in our family feels so happy to go to Touka at least once per week!

◎Special soy sauce tsukemen Take the bus from Kozuke Station on the JR Yokohama Line and get off at Suijin-mae. It's about a 4 minute walk from there. Opened on February 9, 2018 by the owner who trained at Menya Sho, a famous ramen shop in Nishi-Shinjuku. The restaurant was originally scheduled to open on February 3rd, but they were not satisfied with the taste and decided to postpone the opening. I feel that they are committed to not compromising on taste. Salt seems to be more popular, but I personally prefer soy sauce tsukemen (as of 2019) The dipping sauce with the edgy soy sauce and the flavor of the chicken was a hit! Nowadays, the tsukemen has been improved and looks quite different from the previous tsukemen, so I'd like to try it soon.
